[Chapter 1 General rules] 


Article 1 (Purpose) Standard Contract No. 10023 


This agreement applies to cyber malls and users when using Internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as "services") provided by a.kobee malls (hereinafter referred to as "malls") operated by esealtech company (electronic trading company). Article 2 (Definition) 

① “Mall” is a virtual sales office set up by an esealtech company so that it can trade goods or services using information communication equipment such as computers in order to provide users with goods or services. It is also used as the meaning of the operator operating the cyber mall. 

② "Users" are members and non-members who are connected to the "Mall" and who receive the services provided by the "Mall" based on this agreement. 

③ "Member" is a person who has registered personal information by providing personal information to the "Mall", who is continuously provided with the "Mall" information, and who continuously uses the services provided by the "Mall". I say someone who can. 

④ "Non-member" means a person who uses the service provided by "Mall" without joining the member.



Article 3 (Clarification, explanation and revision of rules etc.)

① “Mall” is the content of this agreement, the names of each other and the representative, the address of the business office (including the address of the place where consumer complaints can be handled), telephone number, copy transmission number, and e-mail. The address, company registration number, mail order business declaration number, personal information protection officer, etc. will be posted on the initial service screen (entire surface) of the "Mall" so that users can easily find out. However, the content of the terms of use can be made available to users through the connection screen.

② Before the user agrees to the terms of use, the “mall” is a separate store so that the user can understand important items such as application withdrawal, delivery responsibility, refund conditions, etc. Must provide confirmation of user by providing connection screen or pop-up screen of.

③ "Mall" is related to laws related to consumer protection such as electronic commerce, laws related to regulation of contracts, basic laws of electronic transactions, electronic signature law, laws related to promotion of information and communication networks, laws related to door-to-door sales, consumer protection law, etc. You can amend this agreement to the extent that it does not violate the law.

④ When the "mall" amends the rules, the date of application and the reason for the amendment will be clearly stated, and the current agreement will be announced on the initial screen of the mall from 7 days before the application date to the day before the application date. However, if you change the contents of the Terms of Use unfavorably to the user, we will inform you with a grace period of at least 30 days. In this case, the "mall" clearly compares the contents before and after the revision and displays them so that the user can easily understand.

⑤ When the "mall" amends the terms, the revised terms apply only to the contracts concluded after the date of application, and for the contracts already concluded before that, the terms and conditions before the revision remain unchanged. It is applied. However, users who have already signed a contract may send a message to the "Mall" within the public notice period of the revised rules under paragraph 3 to obtain the consent of the "Mall". If you do so, the revised terms and conditions will apply.

⑥ Regarding matters not stipulated in this agreement and the interpretation of this agreement, there are laws regarding consumer protection such as electronic commerce, laws regarding regulation of the agreement, consumer protection guidelines such as electronic commerce established by the Fair Trade Commission, and related laws and regulations. Follow business practices.
