A promise you cannot claim is just a slogan. So here is the entire process, written plainly. No serial numbers, no registration, no forms to fight. Your proof of purchase already exists, and we work from that.

Try any a.kobee set for a full 30 days of real feedings. If it is not the right fit for your baby, we refund it completely.

Free Nipple Exchange

If the flow stage you chose is not right for your baby, we exchange it free. This one applies wherever you bought your a.kobee.

How to claim, in three steps.

Find your proof

Bought at akobee.com? Your order number is in your confirmation email, and that number is your registration. There is nothing else to register. Bought at Nordstrom, Babesta, or Mumzworld? A photo of your receipt or order confirmation is all we need.

Tell us below

Use the form on this page. Two minutes, five fields. A real person replies within one business day, and if you bought from a stockist, that reply is where you attach your receipt photo.

We make it right

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days of approval. Exchange nipples ship free, usually the next business day. We may ask what was not working, only so the next design is better, never as a condition of your refund.

Both promises apply to every direct order. Your order number does all the work, we can see the product, the date, and the price on our side. Nothing to register, nothing to keep.

Bought at a stockist

Refunds at the store, exchanges with us

Refunds for purchases at Nordstrom, Babesta, or Mumzworld run through that store's own return desk, and their policies are excellent. The Free Nipple Exchange we honor ourselves, with a photo of your receipt.
